Product Registration

• If you are located in the United States, please click on the following link to register your Korg product: http://i.korg.com/Register
• If you register your Korg keyboard, keyboard rack module or digital piano online within 90 days of purchase, Korg will extend your Korg manufacturer’s warranty for an extra year for free if purchased from a Korg authorized dealer. A copy of the registration confirmation email and a legible copy of the product’s sales receipt from the authorized dealer are both required for extended warranty service.
• Please retain a legible copy of item’s original itemized sales receipt from the Korg authorized dealer. Documentation such as packing lists, credit card statements, or the registration confirmation email does not replace the original itemized sales receipt as valid proof of purchase or verification for warranty repairs.
• When registering the Kronos workstation, the public id# is required. The Kronos public id# can be located by pressing the GLOBAL button, and then the "Options" tab. The public id# is at the top of the LCD screen.
