Basic Troubleshooting and Repairs

  • If your KORG product is not functioning properly, please make sure that you are running the most recent operation system. The most recent operation system updates for each product can be found at our online support site by clicking here. First choose your product category, product name and then view the section to locate the most current operating system if available.
  • Please check the owner’s manual to see if there are any trouble shooting suggestions related to your problem. A copy of the product's owner's manual can be located at http://www.korg.com/us/support/download
  • If the problem still exists, please contact a KORG authorized service center in the United States by visiting http://www.korgusa.com/KorgDealers and then clicking on the “Service” tab.
  • Please note that KORG Product Support provides usage and operational-level support. Repairs and service are performed by qualified repair-level technicians at KORG authorized service centers. Schematics, service manuals, component/circuit-level information, and other service data are available only to KORG authorized service personnel.
