SUMMARY: 
We’re seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to manage our brand’s (Korg and VOX) presence on various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and community engagement strategies. This role involves developing content, planning social campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with other departments to ensure our brand voice is consistent and engaging. 
 
The Social Media Specialist will manage the execution of content posting, maintaining user engagement and protecting the online voice and presence for our brands. The role will prioritize content origination, community management, and measurement, including writing social posts, collaborating with the creative and Brand team on visuals. 
 
This individual should be extremely task oriented, attention to detail, a self-starter, a resourceful producer with a can-do attitude. They should thrive on being highly collaborative while having a keen awareness of the Brand goals. 
 
This role is for someone who thrives constantly refining and developing their skills to tackle the ongoing challenges and the ever-evolving social media marketing landscape.  
 
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
Develop and manage short and long-lead social content calendars for the accounts of Korg & VOX amplification 
Analyze content performance to determine posting strategy for optimal performance within social media platforms and provide regular reporting on content and campaign performance.
Grow brand awareness and engagement by identifying opportunities to engage with the brands’ audiences through thought-leading social dialogue.
Function as a brand ambassador, ensuring brand integrity across all digital content. Copywriting in the brands’ tone of voice and maintaining an authentic presence 
Collaborate as needed with other In-house brand social media personnel 
Pay attention to trends, industry happenings and pop culture and take action when something might be beneficial to the brand's niche audience.
Community management: utilize social engagement opportunities to bring in Customer Service/Product Specialist to assist in answering questions 
Work & collaborate with the brand and creative teams on ideas for content and direction for the brand/content specialists.
Manage Admin platform for Scheduling content
Knowledgeable on SEO best practices for key words in caption writing
Clear understanding of community guidelines as well as guidelines for working with influencers or creators 
Source appropriate user-generated content 
 
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
2-4 years of proven experience in social media
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Experience using analytics and research to drive content and business decisions
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite 
Understanding of Meta Business Suite
Strong project management and process skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines
Have a can-do/must-do attitude that can produce in a high energy environment
Highly motivated, collaborative, flexible and a true team player 
Must have excellent copywriting skills, excellent grammar, and punctuation.
Knowledge of musical instrument products from Korg and/or VOX a plus.

SUMMARY: 
Architecting and development of custom business system platforms which drive our warehouse inventory and fulfillment management, sales and marketing workflow management, custom financial data and workflow integrations with Microsoft Dynamics for Finance and Operations. Develop using Microsoft's .NET, C#, and X++ development environments. 
 
This position is a senior level position where candidates have 6-8 years of on-the-job software development experience. Candidates are expected to own and drive the development of multiple functional areas and have an expert knowledge of up-to-date software development architectures. 
 
Additional business system architecture of purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, order management, Inventory management and product information management systems may be required.

District Sales ManagerOct-17-2024
SUMMARY: 
 
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated District Sales Manager who will be responsible for stimulating sales and managing the overall business activities within the assigned territory for the following states CA, NV, AZ,OR, WA, ID, UT, MT, WY, ND, SD, NE, AK and HI.  Preferred candidate would be located in a major metro within the assigned territory. Candidate should be goal oriented, proficient in managing the dealer network, growing all Korg USA brands retail presence and market share, and prospecting for new business opportunities. He/She should have a strong passion for growth and will to succeed with strong knowledge relating to the music products industry.  This position is responsible for the sales and distribution for all Korg USA brands in the assigned territory.
 
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all sales within the assigned territory.
Execute sales strategies and achieve sales quotas for all brand categories within the Korg USA portfolio.  
Proactively work with Korg USA Marketing team, Brand and product management teams to administer support materials, product trainings and special events to maximize sales in the territory.   
Plan regularly scheduled in-person, virtual and telephone meetings with authorized dealers to implement sales programs, train staff, merchandise products, plan events, and help generate sell-through at retail, which could include occasional weekend days.
Establish and manage relationships with all music stores within the territory’s geographic boundaries, both in and out of the existing Korg USA dealer network.
Provide timely field sales reporting and market feedback, including current competitive sales performance as well as identifying and communicating arising industry trends.
Track progress of sales programs, promos and product launches within territories, and provide regular updates to management.
Monitor compliance of policies as outlined in the Korg USA Dealer agreement, including but not limited to online sales, marketing activities and in store brand representation.
Establish and manage a strong presence of all Korg USA brands within all major metros and markets in the sales territory, including identifying under performing areas and developing a plan to achieve goal.
Work with Korg USA Credit team to assist in maintaining healthy and current credit accounts and balances.
Monitor and report accurate dealer inventory information.  Manage stocking requirements.
Attend trade shows, sales meetings and dealer events as required by the company, which could include travel outside of the sales territory.
Excite, Engage and Educate the Korg USA Dealer Network.
 
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years B to B sales and account management experience, preferably in the Musical Instrument Industry.
Proven ability to succeed in a competitive sales environment. 
Proactive, strategic minded with the ability to solve problems and operate with an entrepreneurial mind-set. 
Excellent communication, follow-up and presentation skills.
Availability to travel up to 50% of the time or more if needed, with multiple nights away from home throughout the month.
Valid driver’s license with an adequate and reliable vehicle to travel in the territory, transport product samples, and occasionally travel with Korg USA personnel.
Proficiency in excel, outlook and all other Microsoft office applications. 
Ability to manage and resolve conflicts.
Ability to analyze, interpret and present pertinent business data and reports.
Knowledge of, and ability to demonstrate, musical products preferred.
Team focused mentality.
 
Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000 per year + Commission
