The US ONLY VOX x Elixir® Strings Giveaway (“Promotion”) takes place beginning 9 AM June 24th, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM EST, July 22nd, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion is sponsored by Korg USA, Inc., 316 South Service Road, Melville, NY 11747 (“Sponsor”). All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited.
Eligibility:
The Promotion is open to US residents who are at least 18 years old, have reached the age of majority in their state of residence, and who have internet access at the time of the Promotion Period. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, related parties and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
To Enter:
Entries for the drawing must be received by 11:59 PM EST, July 22nd, 2024 and is limited to one (1) entry per person.
Prizes:
One winner will receive Prize Pack One consisting of A VOX Mark V Mini Guitar in White, A VOX Mini GO10 in Olive Green, and 12 packs of Elixir® Strings of their choosing valued at $240.
One winner will receive Prize Pack Two consisting of A VOX Mark III Mini Guitar in Marble, A VOX amPlug3 AC, and 6 packs of Elixir® Strings of their choosing valued at $120.
No substitution or transfer of prizes, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The prize can only be shipped to a valid physical US address. PO Boxes will not be accepted.
Notification of Potential Winners:
The winner will be chosen on July 23rd 2024 and notified.
